  WB analysis of HL-60 using 14540-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14540-1-AP (MLL5 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14540-1-AP (MLL5 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed K-562 cells using MLL5 antibody (14540-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: K-562-Zellen
