  WB analysis of mouse kidney using 55102-1-AP

  mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55102-1-AP (AF-6 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

MLLT4, also named as AF6 and Afadin, belongs to an adhesion system, probably together with the E-cadherin-catenin system, which plays a role in the organization of homotypic, interneuronal and heterotypic cell-cell adherens junctions (AJs). It is a nNectin- and actin-filament-binding protein that connects nectin to the actin cytoskeleton. The antibody is specific to MLLT4.
