  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98361-3-RR (same clone as 98361-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or MMP8 transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Rat MMP8 Rabbit RecAb (98361-3-RR, Clone: 242473B12) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98361-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
