  WB analysis using 14715-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14715-1-AP (MPP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse thymus using 14715-1-AP

  mouse thymus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14715-1-AP (MPP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

•
