  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12983-1-AP (MPP7 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP result of anti-MPP7 (IP:12983-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:12983-1-AP 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 2800ug.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:8000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
