  WB analysis using 68418-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68418-1-Ig (MRPL38 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control.

  WB analysis of pig liver using 68418-1-Ig

  pig liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68418-1-Ig (MRPL38 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of A549 using 68418-1-Ig

  IP result of anti-MRPL38 (IP:68418-1-Ig, 4ug; Detection:68418-1-Ig 1:2000) with A549 cells lysate 920 ug.
