  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15682-1-AP (MRPL45 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and help in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion. Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit. MRPL45 is a 39S subunit protein.
