  WB analysis using 15342-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15342-1-AP (MRPL9 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human breast cancer using 15342-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 15342-1-AP (MRPL9 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using MRPL9 antibody (15342-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
