  WB analysis of HeLa using 82741-2-RR

  WB result of MRPS16 antibody (82741-2-RR; 1:6000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-MRPS16 transfected HeLa cells.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82741-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82741-2-RR against Human MRPS16 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.616 nM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
