  WB analysis using 16378-1-AP

  COLO 320 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16378-1-AP (MRPS28 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human liver using 16378-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue slide using 16378-1-AP (MRPS28 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue slide using 16378-1-AP (MRPS28 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 16378-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using MRPS28 antibody (16378-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 16378-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using 16378-1-AP (MRPS28 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
