  WB analysis using 12357-2-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12357-2-AP (MRRF antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human pancreas cancer using 12357-2-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer using 12357-2-AP (MRRF antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HEK-293-Zellen, A431-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
