• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe, humanes Leberzirrhosegewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

There is a lot of unspecific bands with this antibody and I cannot see the actual band being brighter. I have used it at 1:1000 dilution, and incubated ON at 4 deg C. Perhaps I should try a different dilution / lysate concentration.
