  WB analysis using CL750-83042-3

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-83042-3 (MTA3 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of U-251 using CL750-83042-3

  1x10^6 U-251 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 750 Mta3 Recombinant Antibody (CL750-83042-3, Clone:230350D12)(red), or 0.8 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

The metastasis-associated (MTA) family contains three members, MTA1, MTA2 and MTA3 (PMID:12167865).Metastasis-associated protein 3 (MTA3) is a cell-type specific component of the Mi-2-NURD transcriptional co-repressor complex. It has a role in maintenance of the normal epithelial architecture through the repression of SNAI1 transcription in a histone deacetylase-dependent manner, and thus the regulation of E-cadherin levels.
