  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-82881

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 MYCL1 antibody (CL488-82881, Clone: 230104D6 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-82881

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated MYCL1 Recombinant antibody (CL488-82881, Clone:230104D6)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
