  WB analysis of mouse embryo using 22287-1-AP

  mouse embryo tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22287-1-AP (MYH3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP result of anti-MYH3 (IP:22287-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:22287-1-AP 1:300) with mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate 4000ug.

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:250-1:1000

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
