  WB analysis using 13369-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13369-1-AP (MYNN antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 13369-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13369-1-AP (MYNN Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: COLO 320-Zellen, Caco-2-Zellen, Maushirngewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Plazenta-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
