  WB analysis of mouse thymus using 12432-1-AP

  mouse thymus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12432-1-AP (MYO9B Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 12432-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12432-1-AP (MYO9B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HL-60 using 12432-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12432-1-AP (MYO9B antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of HepG2 using 12432-1-AP

  IP result of anti-MYO9B (IP:12432-1-AP, 5ug; Detection:12432-1-AP 1:500) with HepG2 cells lysate 2800ug.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 12432-1-AP (MYO9B antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
