  FC experiment of HepG2 using 82917-1-RR (same clone as 82917-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human MYOF (82917-1-RR, Clone:230213C6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166 (red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82917-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

MYOF, also named FER1L3 and KIAA1207, belongs to the Ferlin family. MYOF is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein that plays a role in the plasmalemma repair mechanism of endothelial cells that permits rapid resealing of membranes disrupted by mechanical stress. It is involved in endocytic recycling. MYOF is implicated in VEGF signal transduction by regulating the levels of the receptor KDR.
