  WB analysis using 82917-2-RR (same clone as 82917-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82917-2-RR (Myoferlin antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82917-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 82917-2-RR (same clone as 82917-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using MYOF antibody (82917-2-RR, Clone: 230213E10 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82917-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82917-2-RR (same clone as 82917-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MYOF Recombinant antibody (82917-2-RR, Clone:230213E10) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82917-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

MYOF, also named FER1L3 and KIAA1207, belongs to the Ferlin family. MYOF is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein that plays a role in the plasmalemma repair mechanism of endothelial cells that permits rapid resealing of membranes disrupted by mechanical stress. It is involved in endocytic recycling. MYOF is implicated in VEGF signal transduction by regulating the levels of the receptor KDR.
