  WB analysis using 82825-2-RR (same clone as 82825-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82825-2-RR (HIST1H3A antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82825-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 82825-2-RR (same clone as 82825-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using Mono-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) antibody (82825-2-RR, Clone: 241138B6 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82825-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82825-2-RR (same clone as 82825-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Hist1h3a Recombinant Antibody (82825-2-RR, Clone:241138B6) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82825-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Dot Blot experiment of peptide using 82825-2-RR (same clone as 82825-2-PBS)

  Dot blot analysis was used to confirm the specificity of Mono-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) antibody. Acetylated peptides were spotted onto NC and probed with antibody at 1 µg/ml.The amount of peptide (μg/mL) spotted is indicated next to each row. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82825-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  ChIP experiment of HeLa using 82825-2-RR (same clone as 82825-2-PBS)

  Chromatin was prepared from HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 minutes. The ChIP was performed with 15 µg of cross-linked chromatin, 5 µg of Mono-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) (82825-2-RR) or 5 ug of Normal Rabbit IgG (98136-1-RR), and 20 µl of Protein A Magarose Beads. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82825-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
