  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HSkMC cells using MYH2-specific antibody (84099-1-RR, Clone: 240810F8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-4).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mausherzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HSkMC cells, C2C12-Zellen
