  WB analysis using CL750-83178-2

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-83178-2 (N4BP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using CL750-83178-2

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 750 N4bp3 Recombinant Antibody (CL750-83178-2, Clone:230547D12)(red), or 0.8 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
