  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-13365

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 NAT10 antibody (CL488-13365) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of NIH/3T3 using CL488-13365

  1x10^6 NIH/3T3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated NAT10 Polyclonal antibody (CL488-13365)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

NAT10 (N-acetyltransferase 10) is a nucleolar protein that is involved in regulation of telomerase activity, DNA damage response, and cytokinesis. It also plays a role in maintaining nuclear shape. Inhibition of NAT10 has been reported to rescue the misshapen nuclei in laminopathic cells via microtubule reorganization. The specificity of this antibody has been tested by siRNA. (24786082)
