  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15476-1-AP (NAT6/FUS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 15476-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using NAT6/FUS2 antibody (15476-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

The acetyltransferase NAT6 (also known as Fus2) is an enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of acetyl groups from acetyl-CoA to acrylamines and located mainly in the cytoplasm. NAT6 has two isoforms. The molecular weight of NAT6 was detected to be about 45kDa (PMID:32978259).
