  WB analysis using 67616-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67616-1-Ig (NCS1 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 67616-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 67616-1-Ig (NCS1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 67616-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 67616-1-Ig (NCS1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of mouse brain using 67616-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed mouse brain tissue using NCS1 antibody (67616-1-Ig, Clone: 2F10C8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF-P: Maushirngewebe
