  WB analysis using CL647-67616

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL647-67616 (NCS1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using CL647-67616

  1X10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human NCS1 (CL647-67616, Clone:2F10C8) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
