  IF Staining of Jurkat using CL594-66401

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using CoraLite®594 NDP52 antibody (CL594-66401, Clone: 2F2C2 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL594-66401

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human NDP52 (CL594-66401, Clone:2F2C2) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
