  WB analysis using 26902-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26902-1-AP (NDRG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using NDRG1 antibody (26902-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of HeLa using 26902-1-AP

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human NDRG1 (26902-1-AP)(red), or 0.4 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Hintergrundinformationen

NDRG1 is a member of the N-myc down-regulated gene family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. NDRG1 is a highly conserved cytoplasmic protein involved in cell growth arrest and proliferation, cell differentiation, DNA damage response, heavy metal response, the hypoxia response, tumorigenesis, and metastasis. NDRG1 is a potent metastasis suppressor in multiple tumor-types. NDRG1 appears to serve as a putative tumor suppressor and is down-regulated in colorectal, gastric, cervical, ovarian and prostate cancers.
