  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85141-4-RR (NDRG1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85141-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NDRG1 Recombinant antibody (85141-4-RR, Clone:242322F7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85141-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85141-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85141-4-RR against Human NDRG1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

NDRG1 is a member of the N-myc down-regulated gene family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. NDRG1 is a highly conserved cytoplasmic protein involved in cell growth arrest and proliferation, cell differentiation, DNA damage response, heavy metal response, the hypoxia response, tumorigenesis, and metastasis. NDRG1 is a potent metastasis suppressor in multiple tumor-types. NDRG1 appears to serve as a putative tumor suppressor and is down-regulated in colorectal, gastric, cervical, ovarian and prostate cancers.
