  WB analysis of mouse brain using 12015-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12015-1-AP (NDRG2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:6000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

NDRG2, or N-myc downstream-regulated gene 2, is a tumor suppressor gene that plays a significant role in cancer development and progression. It is associated with tumor incidence, progression, and metastasis, and is known to regulate tumor-associated genes. NDRG2 is part of the NDRG family, which includes NDRG1, NDRG2, NDRG3, and NDRG4. These proteins are characterized by an esterase/lipase/thioesterase active site serine and an α/β hydrolase fold of approximately 220 amino acids, although they do not exhibit enzyme activity.
