  WB analysis using 83902-7-RR (same clone as 83902-7-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83902-7-RR (NDRG2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83902-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83902-7-RR (same clone as 83902-7-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NDRG2 Recombinant antibody (83902-7-RR, Clone:241039E8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83902-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83902-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83902-7-RR against Human NDRG2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.114 nM.

N-myc downstream-regulated gene 2 (NDRG2) is a newly identified member of the NDRG family that is highly localized and plays an important role in the regulation of astrocyte function. In astrocytes, NDRG2 affects the regulation of apoptosis, astrogliosis, blood-brain barrier integrity, and glutamate clearance. Several preclinical studies have revealed that NDRG2 is implicated in the pathogenesis of many neurological diseases, such as stroke, neurodegeneration and psychiatric disorders. Recent studies demonstrated that NDRG2 functions as a tumor suppressor and may be a prognostic predictor for many different malignant tumors.
