Hintergrundinformationen

NDUFAF4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the C6ORF66 gene. NDUFAF4 is an assembly factor of complex I. Mutation of this gene has been associated with congenital disorders of the mitochondrial respiratory chain (PMID: 18179882). NDUFAF4 was previously shown to promote breast cancer cell invasiveness. NDUFAF4 is a 20.2 kDa mitochondrial protein. Catalog#26003-1-AP specifically recognises the 20 kDa protein.
