  WB analysis of A549 using 67690-1-Ig

  WB result of NDUFB8 antibody (67690-1-Ig; 1:12000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-NDUFB8 transfected A549 cells.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67690-1-Ig (NDUFB8 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe, humanes Nierengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:500-1:2000
