  WB analysis using 27879-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27879-1-AP (NEU3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 27879-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 27879-1-AP (NEU3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse skeletal muscle using 27879-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse skeletal muscle tissue slide using 27879-1-AP (NEU3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe, Maus-Skelettmuskelgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF-P: Maus-Dünndarmgewebe

In the data sheet, the clear band of Neu3 was shown but in my case there are multiple bands. I dont know it might be because of different lot of antibody. it did not work for my western blot.
