  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-67685

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 NF45 antibody (CL488-67685, Clone: 1A3A2 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-67685

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human NF45 (CL488-67685, Clone:1A3A2) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Interleukin-2 enhancer binding factor 2 (ILF2), also named as nuclear factor 45 (NF45), plays important roles in regulating interleukin-2 expression in mammals. It forms a heterodimeric complex with ILF3, which may regulate transcription of the IL2 gene during T-cell activation. It can also promote the formation of stable DNA-dependent protein kinase holoenzyme complexes on DNA [PMID:11739746,17129403].
