  WB analysis using 27278-1-AP (same clone as 27278-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27278-1-AP (NLGN4X antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27278-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27278-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

NLGN4X is a member of the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase protein family. The encoded protein belongs to a family of neuronal cell surface proteins. Members of this family may act as splice site-specific ligands for beta-neurexins and may be involved in the formation and remodeling of central nervous system synapses. The encoded protein interacts with discs large homolog 4 (DLG4). Mutations in this gene have been associated with autism and Asperger syndrome. NLGN4X has two isoforms with predicted MW's of 92 kDa and 94 kDa.
