  WB analysis of HeLa using 83986-2-RR (same clone as 83986-2-PBS)

  WB result of NMI antibody (83986-2-RR; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-NMI transfected HeLa cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83986-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using NMI antibody (83986-2-RR, Clone: 241135A9 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83986-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83986-2-RR (same clone as 83986-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NMI Recombinant antibody (83986-2-RR, Clone:241135A9) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83986-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83986-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83986-2-RR against Human NMI were performed. The affinity constant is 1.98 nM.
