  WB analysis of mouse skeletal muscle using 10846-2-AP

  mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10846-2-AP (NOL3 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using NOL3 antibody (10846-2-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 10846-2-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using NOL3 antibody 10846-2-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Maus-Skelettmuskelgewebe, HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
