  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NOP58 Recombinant antibody (82879-1-RR, Clone:230058C7) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

The box C/D sequences are also required for multiple aspects. of snoRNA biogenesis, including RNA stability, intronic processing, nucleolar targeting, nuclear retention, and 59 trimethylguanosine cap formation (PMID:9649444,8878486). Nop58 is a component common to the box C/D small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (PMID:10606270).
