  IF Staining of U2OS using CL488-82879

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 NOP58 antibody (CL488-82879, Clone: 230058C7 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-82879

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated NOP58 Recombinant antibody (CL488-82879, Clone:230058C7)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

The box C/D sequences are also required for multiple aspects. of snoRNA biogenesis, including RNA stability, intronic processing, nucleolar targeting, nuclear retention, and 59 trimethylguanosine cap formation (PMID:9649444,8878486). Nop58 is a component common to the box C/D small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (PMID:10606270).
