  WB analysis of bEnd.3 using 85020-4-RR

  bEnd.3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85020-4-RR (NOS3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

NOS3 has 3 isoforms of 68, 69, 133 kDa. Polymorphisms in NOS3 gene affects the susceptibility to several diseases such as hypertension, preeclampsia, diabetes mellitus, obesity, erectile dysfunction, and migraine.
