Hintergrundinformationen

Notch2 is another homologue gene of Norch in Drosophila. It is a 300kd transmembrane protein, with one 110kd processed fragment, on western blotting. Notch2, like other Norch genes, functions in development of various tissues. This antibody can recognize NOTCH2 and NOTCH2NL.
