  WB analysis of mouse brain using 55002-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55002-1-AP (NOVA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55002-1-AP (NOVA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

NOVA2 also named as ANOVA and NOVA3. It regulates RNA splicing or metabolism in a specific subset of developing neurons. NOVA2 binds single strand RNA. The antibody is specific to NOVA2. By the alternative splicing, NOVA2 can be detected as 50-55 and 70-80 kDa (PMID:26446569, PMID:9789075).
