  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 647 NSFL1C antibody (CL647-68182, Clone: 1F12E12 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using CL647-68182

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated NSFL1C Monoclonal antibody (CL647-68182, Clone:1F12E12)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (1F8D3) (CL647-66360-1, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
