  WB analysis using 13627-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13627-1-AP (NSMCE2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 13627-1-AP

  WB result of NSMCE2 antibody (13627-1-AP; 1:10000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-NSMCE2 transfected HeLa cells.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe, Maus-Eierstockgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
