  WB analysis of SH-SY5Y using 14373-1-AP

  WB result of NTM antibody (14373-1-AP; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-NTM transfected SH-SY5Y cells.

Neurotrimin (NTM) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored neural cell adhesion molecule. Neurotrimin together with the limbic system-associated protein (LAMP) and the opioid binding cell adhesion molecule (OBCAM) comprise the IgLON family of the immunoglobulin superfamily. Neurotrimin may be promoting neurite outgrowth and adhesion via a homophilic mechanism.
