  WB analysis using 20235-1-AP (same clone as 20235-1-PBS)

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20235-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

NTN1 is also named as NTN1L. Netrins control the guidance of CNS commissural axons and peripheral motor axons. Its association with either DCC or some UNC5 receptors will lead to axon attraction or repulsion, respectively. It also serves as a survival factor through its association with its receptors, which prevents the initiation of apoptosis. NTN1 is involved in colorectal tumorigenesis by regulating apoptosis. 20235-1-AP antibody detects 65-68 kDa (3 kDa signal peptide) protein in SDS-PAGE. This antibody is specific to NTN1.
