  WB analysis using 18011-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18011-1-AP (NUBP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 18011-1-AP

  WB result of NUBP1 antibody (18011-1-AP; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-NUBP1 transfected HeLa cells.

• 

  IP experiment of Jurkat using 18011-1-AP

  IP result of anti-NUBP1 (IP:18011-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:18011-1-AP 1:300) with Jurkat cells lysate 3600ug.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach using 18011-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 18011-1-AP (NUBP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:8000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
