  WB analysis using 32473-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 32473-1-AP (NUDCD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 32473-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using NUDCD1 antibody (32473-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®594-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-4), CL488-Phalloidin (green).
