  WB analysis of mouse testis using 13077-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13077-1-AP (NUP93 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 13077-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13077-1-AP (NUP93 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A431 using 13077-1-AP

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13077-1-AP (NUP93 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
